Working under CBRE's project management, Astides Projects served as technical commissioning lead for Goldman Sachs' new European headquarters at World Trade Centre Amsterdam. This mission-critical assignment required flawless coordination of complex infrastructure systems supporting global financial operations.

The Outcome

As CBRE's commissioning partner, we validated all technical systems in the building with a total size of 15,000m² of Grade-A space. Our scope included MEP commissioning, redundant power validation, cooling system optimization, and connectivity testing to Goldman Sachs' global standards. Through seamless collaboration with CBRE's project team, we ensured zero-defect delivery of all critical infrastructure, enabling immediate full-capacity operations.
