The Outcome

Delivered a pioneering investment structure that attracted large capital from impact investors and green funds for Europe's largest timber construction project. By combining Dutch institutional capital with international ESG mandates, we created a framework that reduced financing costs by 200 basis points while accelerating project timeline by six months. The structure included innovative risk allocation that satisfied both sustainability requirements and investor returns.
